"Invalid Time and Date" error on login print icon

If you are receive this error upon trying to log in or make an account, it means that the time on your device is incorrect. 

The fix is to have your device set the time automatically so that it matches the correct server time for your region. Please have your device connected to the internet already before applying the fixes below.


  • Open Settings 
  • Choose Date and Time,
  • click on Set Using Internet.

  • Open Windows Settings.
  • Click Time & Language.
  • You should see "Set Time Automatically" and "Set Time Zone Automatically". Make sure both options are set to on.

  • Tap on Date & Time.
  • Turn on Set Automatically.
