One common cause of connection problems for Oculus Quest users is your wifi switching between 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. This will cause a lost connection to Rec Room every time it switches, giving various error codes. Please ensure that you have your wifi locked to one band or the other (preferably 5 GHz).
