I had a problem with a purchase

If an error occurred during a token purchase, and you did not receive tokens, or were unable to complete the transaction, please email us with as much detail as possible, including the username of the account you're inquiring about, the platform you were attempting to purchase through, receipts for the purchase (if applicable), and any error code that you were given.

For mistaken token purchases, unfortunately we cannot process refunds directly. You need to contact your platform directly to request a refund:
